required support personnel in compliance with Illinois administrative rules.
On January 1,
2020, adult recreational use cannabis became legal in Illinois. (See Illinois House Bill

Illinois cannabis cultivators, dispensing agents, transporters,
infusers, grower and support personnel applying for licensing for adult use
cannabis will require a fingerprint-based background check as part of the
licensing requirement.
